Freezer Sale Buyer Wait List

Our Freezer Sale is available to all exhibitors that participate in our Livestock Show. Since our show is not terminal and exhibitors receive Premium Awards rather than participate in an auction, we give them an alternative place to sell their exhibits. This sale allows us to provide a place for exhibitors to sell their exhibits, and buyers to purchase animals directly from the exhibitors. Online, you can add yourself to a wait list that allows you to purchase available exhibits in the Freezer Sale.

If you are interested in purchasing an exhibit from our Freezer Sale but cannot make it to the fair, please fill out the form below!

This form is for anyone that cannot attend the fair, but would like to purchase a Freezer Sale animal from an exhibitor. Please complete one form per animal requested.

Please read the Freezer Sale Rules prior to completing this form.

By completing this form, you are agreeing to purchase the animals you include on this form.

Please understand this is a first come first serve request and you may not get to purchase the exhibit of choice. If the exhibitor/exhibit you requested has already been purchased, you will receive another exhibit of the same species. Also understand that this commitment must be paid in full and the requirements of the Harris County Fair and Rodeo Freezer Sale Rules must be met before payment will be distributed to the exhibitor. You will be invoiced after the conclusion of the fair for any animals that you received. Please note there is a 10% fee/commission added to the freezer prices to cover bank fees and remainder helps the Harris County Fair and Association grow to support youth (statement added 10/18/23).
