Ag Mechanics

The Harris County Fair and Rodeo mission is to support youth in Harris County and to give them the opportunity to learn and compete in events. One way we achieve this goal is through our annual Agricultural Mechanics Show.

Our 2025 show information is posted below. The 2025 Ag mechanics show has no changes from 2023 or 2024. Our show is open to all Harris County youth enrolled in a 4-H or a Harris County ISD FFA program.

Ag Mechanics Projects classes offered:

Class 1 Bumper pull livestock trailers (all sizes)
Class 2 Gooseneck livestock trailers (all sizes)
Class 3 Bumper pull utility trailers (all sizes)
Class 4 Gooseneck utility trailers (all sizes)
Class 5 Wildlife equipment
Class 6 Farm/shop equipment
Class 7 Recreational metal
Class 8 Recreational wood
Class 9 Truck Accessories
Class 10 Agricultural Machinery and Equipment
Class 11 Electrical Equipment

The DEADLINE to enter is OCTOBER 10th @ 11:55 pm. If the form is not visible below, the deadline has passed.

Tips on Entry
1. If you are an individual and do not need to enter through your FFA or 4-H, fill out the below form and make the entry fee payment via credit card.
2. If you are an Ag teacher and submitting an entry for your school and need to pay by Check or Invoice, fill out the form and select the invoice/check option.
3. If you do not receive an email confirmation, we did not receive your entry. Please make sure to select an item before submitting the "I'm not a robot/CAPTCHA".

If you did not receive a confirmation email after submitting the form and payment, we did not receive your entry. If this happens, please email us at info@hcfairandrodeo.org before entry deadlines. Thank you for your interest and support!
