Missing Heifer Papers Submittal

This form is used when the Heifer Paper was NOT submitted while submitting the entry form. This is a backup process to enable a safe way to submit the papers if both Heifer Papers were not submitted as one PDF during entry.

PLEASE NOTE - THERE MUST BE A PAID ENTRY FOR THE EXHIBITOR FOR SHOWING. This form is not your entry. The Heifer Papers must be submitted prior to the entry deadline.
