Please Note:
1. This is not your Entry Form. Please complete an entry form prior to the show deadline on September 20th for entry into the Broiler Show. Each exhibitor that wishes to show must submit an exhibitor entry form.
2. Distribution date is currently September 13th +/- 1 day due to the variance in poultry shipping. We will use your contact information and the Ag teacher/4-H rep information entered on the order form to send information regarding distribution date and timing. Typically, we know the date when broilers will arrive only a couple days before the planned distribution date and the time range the day of distribution.
