Freezer Sale - Exhibitor Enter the Sale Form 2025

FREEZER SALE RULES for EXHIBITORS

Once an exhibitor checks into the fair and submits their project to the Harris County Fair and Rodeo's Freezer Sale, the project CANNOT be pulled out of the sale for any reason.
If an exhibitor has a buyer committed to purchasing their project, they must direct the buyer to the BUYER'S PURCHASE FORM on our website and inform the buyer when and how to purchase.
Market Rabbits, Broilers, and Turkey Hens (Only) must be processed and delivered by the exhibitors to the buyer.
Exhibitors are not required to put their projects on the trailers, but the Freezer Sale Coordinators ask that exhibitors leave one feeding for Sunday morning on Saturday evening by 7:00 p.m.
If your project isn’t purchased by individual buyer(s) at the freezer sale, exhibitors have the option to have it processed and sold for market value. This must be marked on your exhibitor entry form.
All exhibitors must submit a "Thank you" card to the Freezer Sale table to have your animal visible on the website. If you submitted your project before the fair, the thank you card must be turned in by October 23 by 7pm or your animal will not be live on the Website. Thank you cards MUST have an envelope with your name in the return address location or we will not know whose card it is. The location for the buyer's address must be blank.
If your animal is sold, your animals will no longer be listed on the website.
Not all animals can be sold. We try our best to sell everyone's projects but each exhibitor is encouraged to advertise and share the web page to family and friends.
