Freezer Sale Buyer Purchase Form 2025

Thank you for supporting our exhibitors! Please read these steps carefully before making your purchase.

1. Viewing Animals

All animals available in the Freezer Sale can be viewed at this link: Harris County Fair and Rodeo
Animals will appear in the form only after check-in at the Fair on October 23rd at 8:00pm.
Each exhibitor provided an estimated show weight, which will be updated after check-in.
If an animal/exhibitor is no longer listed, it means the animal has already been purchased. (We work quickly to remove the photo once the sale is complete.)

2. MAKING A PURCHASE

Use the form to select the animal(s) you would like to purchase.
After selection, you’ll be directed to your Cart to complete Checkout.
IMPORTANT - Once payment is submitted, you should immediately receive a confirmation email.
- This email is your official proof of purchase.
- If you do not receive it, your order did not go through.
- You can also refresh the screen to verify animal you purchased is no longer available for sale.

3. Troubleshooting

No Confirmation Email?
-- Check your spam/junk folder
-- If it’s not there, contact us right away at info@hcfairandrodeo.org. and call or text Michele Reed @ 281-203-7201.

Error Code F?
-- This means the system flagged the order as possible fraud.
-- Try using a different email address first.
-- If that doesn’t resolve it, please email us or stop by the Fair Office so we can help complete your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 10% fee/commission which helps us cover bank transaction costs, with the remainder directly supporting the Harris County Fair & Rodeo Association. These funds allow us to provide scholarships and continue hosting future events. Some auctions and sales pass fees on to the exhibitor, but our goal is different—we want to ensure 100% of the sale price goes to the youth exhibitors. Your understanding and support make it possible for us to keep investing in these kids and their future.

A few EXAMPLE animals are added to show buyers what the cart will look like on October 23rd when the Exhibitor's Animals go Live in the Sale. Until then, the Exhibitors Names will be listed without the QTY drop down field (shown currently under goats) to select QTY 1 to add it to your cart.
