Livestock Entry Form

Please fill out the following form in its entirety. Forms must be completed by the Exhibitor and/or their Parent/Guardian. Payment is due via credit card (we do not accept American Express) upon submitting the entry form.

Market Steer, Lamb, Goat, Swine and Poultry Entries are due by August 13, 2023.
Breeding Heifer Entries are due by September 1, 2023.
Market and Breeding Rabbit Entries are due September 23, 2023.
Market Late Entry Fee $250 if requesting entry after published Entry Deadlines in Important Dates. LATE entry will be accepted until October 14, 2023.
Jr. Breeding Heifer Late Entries will be due by October 8, 2023 and will be $50.

Note:

• All entries (name and species) will be emailed to the corresponding AST/CEA after the Entry Deadline and by October 16th to validate eligibility.
• If you do not receive an email confirmation after submitting, we DID NOT receive your entry and please contact us for entry help.
• Please make sure you have read the 2023 Livestock Handbook and Rules!
